1. APPOINTMENT & GRANT OF POWER: The Principal (Account Owner) formally grants the designated Delegate full authority to request, coordinate, confirm, and modify private aviation charter services, superyacht charters, chauffeured armored and luxury vehicles, passenger manifests, and auxiliary concierge arrangements through Lustravvia.

2. COMPLETE EXCLUSION OF COMPANY LIABILITY: The Principal expressly covenants, acknowledges, and unconditionally agrees that Lustravvia Sovereign Marketplace LLC, its managing officers, charter directors (including Ray Keys), aircraft operators, naval captains, security chauffeurs, and affiliates shall bear ZERO LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR CIVIL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER for any unauthorized, unapproved, mistaken, fraudulent, or contested flight bookings, yacht charters, armored car dispatches, route modifications, cancellations, or financial commitments initiated by the designated Delegate.

3. PRINCIPAL'S SOLE FINANCIAL INDEMNIFICATION: If the designated Delegate requests, authorizes, or commits to any charter flight, superyacht charter, armored ground vehicle, empty leg, or cancellation without the Principal's explicit knowledge or consent, the Principal assumes 100% sole financial and civil responsibility for all charter costs, maritime positioning fees, vehicle dispatch charges, and cancellation penalties. The Principal agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Lustravvia completely harmless from all claims, disputes, or chargebacks arising from this Delegate's actions.

4. UNCONDITIONAL RELIANCE: Lustravvia and its charter desk are fully entitled to rely without independent investigation upon any written, electronic, or verbal instruction issued by this Delegate until written notice of revocation is formally delivered to and acknowledged by Lustravvia.

5. TRIPARTITE RATIFICATION: This legal mandate becomes binding upon the digital execution by the Principal, receipt and verification of the Delegate's government identification, and formal counter-signature by Lustravvia Executive Management.

I, the Principal, explicitly certify and agree: I have verified this delegate's government identification, I authorize them to act on my behalf, and I explicitly release and hold Lustravvia completely harmless and non-liable for any actions, bookings, or financial charges incurred by this delegate.

FULL INDEMNIFICATION: The Principal unconditionally assumes 100% sole financial and civil responsibility for all directives, flight charges, yacht charter deposits, vehicle dispatch fees, cancellation penalties, and expenses incurred by this Delegate, and agrees to indemnify and hold Lustravvia completely harmless from any resulting dispute or chargeback.
